Deliveries
UK Delivery Information
We sell products in all different shapes & sizes, which means we use multiple delivery services to get your goods to you. Below you will find frequently asked questions relating to the delivery of your order.
Please note that if you live in a remote area you may incur a delivery charge. Remote areas would include the Channel Islands, Grampian, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, and some areas of Scotland. Please note that these delivery charges are decided by our couriers and we are unable to change the locations which fall into the category of a remote area.
How long will delivery take?
On the product page, we display the availability of each item along with the estimated delivery timescale based on our standard delivery service. The availability will state one of the following:
-
In Stock. Delivered within 7 - 10 working days.
These items are physically in stock at our 55,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Kettering NN16 8TD. The lead time advised is an estimation of how long it will take to arrive after you place your order.
-
Preorder Only. Dispatch depends on pre-order due ate.
These items are not in stock just yet, however, you are able to pre-order them to avoid the disappointment of us selling out. The estimated delivery date depends on when we expect the stock to arrive in our warehouse.
-
Order Now. Delivered within 7 - 10 days.
These items are held in stock by our supplier and will be delivered directly; the lead time is an estimate based on the supplier.
-
Out of Stock
These items are not in stock and we currently don't have additional stock due. Items with an out-of-stock availability are not available to purchase online.
What happens when I'm not home to receive delivery?
For small items, instructions can be left detailing a secure location for our courier to leave your order. An example of this would be "Leave in porch if not in", or "If not in, leave with a neighbour". Please bear in mind that it is at your own risk allowing your goods to be left without a signature.
For large furniture sets a signature will be required, if you have not selected Next Working Day or Specific Day delivery, these orders will be pre-booked so you will know what day your goods will arrive. If you are not in on the day you have arranged for your order to be delivered, you may be charged for repeat delivery.
Where does my delivery go?
Our delivery partners are not able to access your property or garden, therefore deliveries are made to the front of the property. Palletised deliveries are advised as "kerbside or nearest hard-standing" meaning if the delivery partner has difficulties accessing the front of the property, the goods will be left by the kerbside.
What happens to the packaging?
To ensure your item(s) arrive safely, we may use additional packaging. On larger furniture deliveries we may use a pallet. Our delivery partners are not able to collect any packaging or pallets, therefore it is your responsibility to dispose of any cardboard and pallets. We advise recycling any packaging where possible.
