Important Booking T&C's

• Due to capacity restrictions in the play room, please ensure you book the required adult tickets (Zero Cost) alongside the required Children's tickets to cover your group.
• No Food is allowed in the play room at any time.
• We reserve the right to refuse admission if the incorrect number of bookings are made to cover the family group.
• Tables are spaced within the play area to help maintain a social distance.
• The booking is only valid for the date and time of the original booking.
• We do not offer refunds for missed or incorrectly booked play sessions.
• Please make your way to the Café counter to show your booking to a staff member before entering the play room.
• Please ensure all members of the party bring socks to allow access to the play equipment.
